Dad

I was very busy in the last couple of days, guess what!? Yeah..making beautiful stuff.

I had a lot of ideas that I want to setting up but sometimes I think that the days are too short!

Yesterday I remember that this month is the Father's Day...Father's Month!. So I start to think what I'm gonna gift to my father ...father of three and grandpa of three and maybe in some far far far  future of more (jijii). 

Our Dad was always so very special ( well Ithink every Father is).  I want something special that he can keep and please!...no more pants, sweaters, belts etc, for father's gift. 

So I gathered together a couple of photos of my daughter with him and make this little album:

"ABUELITO"

(it said Grandpa in spanish)

It is made from 5 pages of chipboard covered with Close to my Heart papers

It was simple embellish to keep it for a Dad

It is binded using some loose-leaf bookring that I found at Office max, and I tied many ribbons in order to make some details.

I very pleased with the results....What do you think about it?

Mom

This is my First post in my newly blog. I decided to titled it 'Mom' for a few reasons:

• First this is the Mother's Month and
• Second because when I became a "Mom" it was the beginning of a journey....

....and I expect that my blog will too.

I always like to make such kinds of handmade stuff, but It's was since I became a "Mom" that this creativity intensified!!!

From scrapbooking, to jewelry making, from Interior Design to Digital Imaging, sewing, knit, you named!

I have a three year old daughter and She is my Inspiration.

It's all about her!

It's like I'm a little girl again. We share a lot of things together. She got's my creativity and invention! and I love it!

While I'm redacting this, she's beside me at the scrapbooking table "making" her creations!! (I will publish it in my next post!)

So far, Happy Mother's Month to those women that already have an "Angel". For those who not, I can tell you that is the most beautiful thing that can happen in the woman's life!
